Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:
- If you cancel your purchase within 7 days of the initial purchase date and before any tutoring sessions have been conducted
- If we are unable to provide the services due to technical issues on our end that prevent service delivery
- If we cancel a tutoring package due to instructor unavailability and cannot provide a suitable alternative
- If there is a material breach of our Terms of Use on our part
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- After tutoring sessions have commenced, unless there are exceptional circumstances
- For completed tutoring sessions or used portions of a package
- If the cancellation is due to user's change of mind after services have begun
- For digital materials that have been accessed or downloaded
- For cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session (subject to cancellation fees as outlined in our Terms of Use)
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@cadoiclassix.world or through our contact page within the eligible timeframe
- Provide your order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund request
- Include any relevant documentation or evidence supporting your request
- Our customer service team will review your request within 5-7 business days
- You will receive a response regarding the approval or denial of your refund request
Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Processing time may take 5-10 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed
- Partial refunds may be provided for unused portions of packages in exceptional circumstances, at our discretion
Session Cancellation and Rescheduling
Individual session cancellations and rescheduling are subject to our cancellation policy:
- Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to fees or forfeiture of the session
- No-show appointments will be considered completed and are not eligible for refund
- We reserve the right to cancel sessions due to instructor unavailability and will provide alternative arrangements or refunds as appropriate
Package Modifications
If you wish to modify your tutoring package (e.g., change language, adjust number of sessions), please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges or require refund adjustments depending on the changes requested.
Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may:
- Request a review of the decision by providing additional information or documentation
- Contact our customer service team for further assistance

Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In cases of documented medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other unforeseen events that prevent you from using our services, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may provide accommodations or partial refunds at our discretion.
Digital Materials
Digital learning materials, including PDFs, audio files, and other downloadable resources, are considered delivered upon access. Once these materials have been accessed or downloaded, they are not eligible for refund unless there is a technical issue preventing proper access that we cannot resolve.
